Morris James Delaware Announces Publication of Its Bankruptcy Law Blog

Today, Morris James LLP announced the publication of its bankruptcy law blog, the Delaware Business Bankruptcy Report, www.debusinessbankruptcy.com, the first blog devoted entirely to the Delaware commercial bankruptcy practice.
The announcement of the blog coincides with the anticipated increase in Delaware bankruptcy filings led most recently with the Chapter 11 filing by New Century Mortgage Corporation, a massive sub-prime lender. The new blog joins Morris James' other two blogs, the Delaware Business Litigation Report, www.delawarebusinesslitigation.com, and the Delaware Patent Litigation Report, http://depatentlaw.morrisjames.com.
